A special kind of Loyalty System

Phorest launch an innovative client loyalty system today called the Client Loyalty Matrix.

Phorest have created a unique loyalty system for salons and spas that encourages your clients to spend more in your business by only giving rewards for treatment categories the client has never had before.

Why is it effective?

  1. Because customers build up points every time they spend money in your salon, they are more likely to go out of their way to come to your salon to get treatments and products. This is known as comfort psychology.
  2. Rewards are for treatment categories that the client has never had before to persuade them to become regulars in those categories. - e.g. A regular facial client receives a reward of a free massage
  3. The key tag is a constant reminder of your salon.
  4. Because rewards are never for treatments that clients usually get, you avoid cannabilising existing sales unlike other Loyalty systems.
