Training Academy

Phorest have a number of Training Academies throughout the UK and Ireland. While we can sometimes do training on-site, the quality of training you and your team will receive from our certified Trainers in a Phorest Training Academy is unparalleled in this industry. Learn how to use Memento in a special learning environment away from the hustle and bustle of the salon. We also offer our clients the option of sending new members of staff to the academy at any time to get trained properly on the system.

We offer a number of different modules to help you get the most from system and grow your business.

Phase 1

This is the basic 3 hour training that everyone who uses Memento needs to do. Learn how to make appointments, purchases and cash up at the end of the day.

Phase 2

This is the basic manager training, going through stock, marketing, and reports - the tools you need to run your business.

Phase 3

This is a more advanced training so that you can really start to grow your business with a particular focus on Marketing and Online Booking.

Advanced Phases

We also offer a number of advanced Training courses for particular areas from Stock Control to Reports.
