The spa has carefully considered accessibility, with downstairs treatment rooms for clients who use wheelchairs, elderly clients, or guests who cannot access the upstairs rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phorest supports that level of care by making the client journey easier to manage. The booking system allows the team to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phorest.com\/au\/features\/salon-crm-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">schedule repeat appointments <\/a>quickly, even for clients who like to book a full year in advance. In just a few clicks, the team can schedule 12 monthly appointments and print the plan before the client leaves. Automated email reminders also reduce pressure on reception while helping clients remember their appointments.
