But the apprentice\u2019s training is still on the back burner and it seems as though the new staff member reins in the chaos, and creates order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, you find out a few months down the road that the staff member wasn\u2019t the person you thought they were and the cracks start to appear.
