Melanie Icke is\u00a0Head of People & Education at Phorest Salon Software and has over 25 years experience in the Beauty Business.\u00a0Throughout her career, she has\u00a0worked with many beautiful brands, salons & spas to help them identify where and how to impact their businesses. Melanie\u00a0specialises in the\u00a0design and delivery of bespoke development workshops and materials. About This Workshop<\/h3>\n

In this workshop, Melanie will show you how you can use a tool called DiSC to\u00a0decode people\u2019s behaviours\u00a0and\u00a0find out what their needs are,\u00a0what\u00a0motivates them and what closes them down!<\/p>\n

Melanie will also look at the buying behaviours for different profiles\u00a0and how you can\u00a0influence people\u00a0based on both communication styles. You will leave this workshop with not only the knowledge to recognise and react to your clients’ varying profiles but also the tools to discover your team’s profiles in a fun salon activity<\/a> (which in turn will\u00a0help everyone make more impact on your business!)<\/em>.<\/p>\n
