His multi-award winning salon has a deservedly great reputation for excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key insights from his success:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Such success is built on the principles of academy training, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.<\/li><li>We all rise to our own level of incompetence. There are skills you have to learn. Focus on building great habits and take bad habits out quickly, effectively.<\/li><li>Hard times define you. It\u2019s all about what you make of them and how you come through them.<\/li><li>Be true to who you are, be true to what you deliver and therefore you\u2019ll also be true to how your business runs.
