f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die die strengen Standards von B Lab f\u00fcr gesellschaftliche und \u00f6kologische Leistung, Transparenz und Verantwortlichkeit erf\u00fcllen. Um diese Zertifizierung zu erhalten, hat Phorest das B Impact Assessment durchlaufen \u2013 eine unabh\u00e4ngige Bewertung in f\u00fcnf Kernbereichen: Unternehmensf\u00fchrung, Mitarbeitende, Community, Umwelt und Kundschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Ende dieses Prozesses erhalten Bewerber:innen eine B-Impact-Bewertung. Diese misst den nachgewiesenen gesellschaftlichen und \u00f6kologischen Einfluss eines Unternehmens anhand der weltweiten Standards von B Lab. Sie ist ein unabh\u00e4ngiger Ma\u00dfstab daf\u00fcr, wie ein Betrieb positive Ver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fcr Menschen, Gemeinschaften und den Planeten bewirkt. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass Phorest eine B-Impact-Bewertung von 89 erhalten hat. Ein gro\u00dfartiger Startpunkt und noch lange nicht das Ziel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zertifizierung ist allerdings nur ein Teil der Geschichte. Die weitaus gr\u00f6\u00dfere Ver\u00e4nderung ist rechtlicher Natur.
