Es geht dabei um weit mehr als Technologie: Es geht um die Zukunft von Salons, Kosmetik- und Medi-\u00c4sthetik-Instituten weltweit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Frage hinter der Technologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Paddy Monaghan, Chief Product Officer bei Phorest, ist KI kein Experiment mehr. Sie wird Teil unseres Alltags und ver\u00e4ndert die Art, wie Unternehmen gef\u00fchrt werden, wie Teams zusammenarbeiten und wie Kundschaft Service erlebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch dahinter steht eine viel wichtigere Frage: Welche Art von Unternehmen und welche Art von Branche m\u00f6chten wir eigentlich sein?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im vergangenen Jahr hat unser Produkt-Team intensiv mit Saloninhaber:innen, Manager:innen von Kosmetik- und Medi-\u00c4sthetik-Instituten sowie Teams am Empfang gesprochen. Die Reaktionen unserer globalen Phorest-Community reichten von Begeisterung \u00fcber Neugier bis hin zu gro\u00dfem Tatendrang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gleichzeitig gibt es berechtigte Bedenken.
