But here\u2019s the truth: AI doesn\u2019t have a personality unless you give it one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When businesses take the time to train their systems properly (with the right tone, language and brand values etc) AI becomes an extension of the experience, not a replacement for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients don\u2019t mind automated communication.<br>They mind <em>bad<\/em> automated communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a huge difference between: \u201cThis is an automated reminder.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And: \u201cHi Sophie, just a little reminder that we\u2019re looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
