At the end of 2024, we ran a survey amongst 716 hair and beauty salon guests to get a clearer picture of their behaviours, motivations, and what’s really driving their choices. We carried out a similar survey back in 2022. That means we’ve been able to track what’s changed, what’s stayed the same, and what’s coming next.
