The Phorest Summer Collection 2023 has arrived!

This summer, we are excited to showcase some truly transformational updates that change how you manage your business with Phorest. This is the second series in our line of seasonal ‘Collections’ of new features, and our most exciting yet.

We hope you enjoy using these new features and see the benefits to your business.

Here is the rundown of the new features in our Summer Collection available in your region:

PhorestGo 2.0

We have redesigned and rebuilt our app from scratch. It is now a highly optimised experience, with added ease-of-use improvements, in addition to several new highly-requested features.

PhorestPay Tipping Granularity

We have added the ability to set a custom tip on your PhorestPay Card Terminal, to ensure salons have the most flexibility when taking payments. You can also now exclude retail sales from the tippable amount.

Ads Manager

Our brand new Ads Manager empowers you to advertise on social media to new ‘dream’ clients that match your ideal customer profile, in addition to targeting existing or lapsed clients to keep your salon top of mind.

Expert Recommendations

This new feature in PhorestGo 2.0 allows you to send your clients personalised recommendations based on your conversations during their appointments. It’s a great way to boost your retail sales in a quick, trackable way.

New Reports

5 new reports are available, including retention reports – easily track how well specific services and staff members perform with retaining customers. Client Lifetime Value – You can now see the breakdown of the value of an average regular customer. Service Trends – an overview of the health of their service sales. Product Trends – looks at the health of their product sales. Future Appointments – overview of the health of future appointments.

Markup and Before & After Photos

Highly sought-after features from the MediAesthetic space are now live. Facemapping and Before & After Photos help service providers make the most of client consultations by empowering them to create visual markups, highlight the intended outcomes, and compare to demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of treatment. This is an add-on feature that can be added to existing consultation forms for an extra fee. If your business requires more advanced forms functionality, check out our integration with ANS.
