Save Time with New Automated Consultation Forms!

We’re pleased to announce that you can now set up automated consultation forms with Phorest. With this new feature enabled, clients will automatically receive consultation forms ahead of their appointments. Previously, clients manually sent consultation forms to customers. We are excited to launch this time-saving update that alleviates this task.

Salons will have the option to send up to 2 messages before a client’s appointment to remind them to complete the consultation forms. On the default setting of auto-send consultation forms, your customers will get an email notification 5 days before their appointment with a link to complete the consultation form. Customers who still haven’t completed the form will receive another reminder via SMS 3 days before the appointment. Salons can change these settings to suit their needs.

This update will not only save you time that you would spend manually sending forms, but will also make your appointments more efficient. Automated forms will increase the percentage of pre-filled forms. This means you will have less clients filling out forms at the salon and more appointments starting on time. 

You can enable automated consultation forms in Marketing > Reminders. Please note that this feature is only available on certain packages.
