    Scheduling Admin was Becoming Overwhelming

    Togninis Hair is a vibrant, family-run salon with two locations in Brisbane QLD. Speaking to owners Kristian and Tracey Tognini, they explain how they wanted a salon software system that better streamlined the management of their salons.


    Before switching to Phorest, Togninis found that:

    “The appointments, absolutely, save us the most time,” says Tracey. Kristian nods, elaborating; “If we couldn’t use Phorest anymore, I would miss the appointment book the most. Phorest works while I’m sleeping. Online bookings are on 24/7. So, basically, there’s a data collection point there, where people can make bookings. Phorest collects the data for everything [and stores it in] the client cards that we need for that day. It sends all the reminders and all the SMS confirmations before we even start the day and wake up.”

    As well as PhorestGo, the team has recently implemented their own salon-branded app, made by Phorest and available to download on any app store. “[The app is] A fantastic tool for clients, because they have control of their own appointments. It enables them to see who’s done their hair in the past, what they’ve had done, and when they were last in. And it enables them to actually book from the app. So there are no more mistakes with online booking because they know exactly what they’re booking for.”
