As part of our expanding PhorestPay functionality, we are excited to add Virtual Terminals which allow you to take manual card payments over the phone directly into your PhorestPay system.
A Phorest Survey showed that over 90% of salons take payments over the phone. With virtual terminals, these payments can now be be manually entered into your Phorest platform, resulting in a number of benefits for your customers, including:
- Customers can pay for products, services or gift cards over the phone
- They can pay for a friend’s service or product over the phone
- Added privacy as customers can now pay their bill without having their personal information or card details stored on file.
