We popped into Jennifer Butler and Jennifer Swaine, or as they’re affectionately known here in Phorest Salon Software, ‘the two Jenns’, to ask them about the challenges of running a salon.
These two ambitious ladies set up the Vanity Rooms just 6 years ago in Dublin and won the Image Magazine Award for Best Beauty Business in 2014. Like you, they’ve faced challenges such as overheads and finding the right team, but their passion for growth and making people look and feel great is infectious.
