Phorest was formed in 2002 by Ronan Perceval and Jamie Myerscough with the mission of helping salon and spa owners grow their businesses. Our salon management software, Memento, is used by over 1000 salons and spas in 8 countries around the world. The company has significant financial backing which allows us to invest more in R and D than any other Salon Software company.

Our Philosophy is to provide salon and spa owners with the best customer service in the industry backed up with products and services that are guaranteed to grow their business. We call this Seirbhis go Hiontach, the Irish for service without measure. To ensure that this is not just a marketing gimmick, our engineers developed a rating system in Memento and Messenger so that every interaction you have with our company is rated quickly from 1 to 5. 1 being Poor, 5 being Go Hiontach! Alarm bells are raised throughout the team whenever a client sends us a low rating so you can sure we will be there for you when you need us.
