Improved Filtering for Marketing To Clients

We have added 3 new filters to the marketing suite to help you to identify clients who may have had a booking affected by Covid-19 or purchased a voucher for your business.

The new filters you can use when creating an email or marketing campaign are:

Cancellations

Clients who cancelled or had their appointment cancelled between two dates.

No-Shows

Clients who no-showed between two dates

Voucher Purchases

Client who purchased a gift voucher between two dates
