For easier order fulfilment, try out our new In-Store Pick-Up feature

In-Store Pick-Up was one of our most asked-for features. We’re so excited that it is finally ready for our customers to use, building greater flexibility into our Online Store platform. With In-Store Pick-Up, your customers can collect their favourite products without having to wait for delivery. 

Why should you offer In-Store Pick-Up?

In-Store Pick-Up benefits both you and your customers in several ways:

  1. Lower Delivery Costs – cheaper for you and your customers
  2. Saves time – less time spent packaging and preparing orders, and more convenient for your customers to pick it up when it suits them
  3. Impulse purchases – 67% of online shoppers add extra items to their carts when they can pick them up immediately in-store.* This means more revenue for your business!

How do I turn it on?

Go to Manager > Online Store > Settings.

Under the How will you fulfil orders? dropdown, select either Pick-up only if you don’t want to offer shipping, or Ship & Pick-up if you want to offer both shipping and pick-up.
