Tales of the Geeks: How to Find a Client's Future Appointment in 3 Clicks

A lot of people have asked us recently for a quick way to find a client’s future appointment. You know like when someone rings up and asks when are they next in?

Well there is a quick shortcut for this on Phorest which many people don’t know about.

1. Double click to make an appt on the appt screen – (Doesn’t matter where)
2. Enter the name of the client
3. Click the HISTORY button and future appts will appear at the top of the list
