With emails, you can be way more flexible. While people tend to prefer short emails, at least you don’t have to limit yourself to 160 characters.

Monday, December 12th, 2016: “Gingerbread House” Day
Another day, another excuse to celebrate!
If you have time (and baking skills!) this year, your salon could celebrate Gingerbread House Day. The concept is simple: a giant gingerbread is made, and you bring it in your salon for your clients to get a yummy little treat that day!
Friday, December 16th, 2016: “Ugly Christmas Sweater” Day
This annual day was initially launched 5 years ago and isn’t just what you think of it as – an excuse to parade in your vintage Christmas sweaters. The Rudolph-s and Frosty The Snowman-s actually serve a whole other purpose: raising funds to combat premature death among children from easily preventable diseases.
In saying this, a fun thing you could do is to get every salon/spa employee to wear their best old Christmas sweater on the day. Invite clients to vote for their favourite sweater by donating the amount they think it’s worth! As for the donation, my recommendation to you is to pick a local charity of your choosing. 🙂
